How to Join the Club

Application for Membership

If you're thinking about becoming a member, or just want to learn more about Hoo Ness Yacht Club, then you're in the right place.

Our website offers many pictures of our club and information regarding our services, facilities and fees. If you feel HNYC would be a good fit for you, or you just want to find out more, you are welcome to contact HNYC's Membership Secretary, Russell Weller ( who will be pleased to discuss any details with you, including how to arrange a visit to the club.

Due to Covid-19, prospective members are requested to contact Russell Weller prior to visiting the Club.

The completed form should be sent to the above address. When your application is received it will be displayed on the Club Noticeboard for at least 14 days, after which you will be invited to visit the Club for an informal interview. Your application will be discussed at the next meeting of the General Committee; if the application is accepted you will be invoiced for your first year's fees. If the application is declined you will be informed accordingly.

Membership Fees for 2022 (please note - all fees are renewed annually on Jan 1st. Members joining after 1st July pay a reduced rate in their first year).
